Refund Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets sold are non-refundable and non-transferable. Notwithstanding, in the event of an emergency closing by the museum, the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket if, within five (5) days of the originally scheduled ticket entry date, the ticket purchaser forwards the original e-mail receipt to refunds@natureandscience.org and requests a refund or brings the original ticket to the on-site box office. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.
