Good Neighbor Program Form

Every time you use your Tom Thumb Reward card, you can make a contribution to the Museum of Nature & Science.  Just stop by the courtesy booth at your local Tom Thumb to have your Reward card linked to our account number. Our Good Neighbor account number is 2673. Every time your card is swiped, 1% of your purchase (with the exceptions of pharmacy, fuel, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products) is recorded to our account. 1% may not seem like much, but these days, every penny matters.

Don’t have a Reward card? You can sign up for one at the courtesy booth of your local Tom Thumb as well. You save money on all of your purchases while supporting our mission to inspire minds through nature and science. Don’t forget to have your card linked to MNS account number 2673!
