General Customer Service FAQ
Q. How long will it take to see the Exhibit?
A. On average, it takes 1 hour to see the Exhibit.
Q. Why are we being given a specified entrance time for The Science of Spying exhibition? Do we have to rush through before the next group arrives?
A. In order to provide an enjoyable experience for all visitors, we need to control access to the exhibition, something like metering traffic. Once you are inside the exhibition, there is no need to rush and you can take your time.
Q. Will I be able to enter at my exact ticket time?
A. While we do not anticipate any wait times to enter, there is the potential that entry into the exhibition may be slightly delayed when we are at our busiest in order to provide the best experience inside the exhibition for all ticket holders. We very much appreciate your patience.
